Welcome to EmpowHER. From what you posted, it is possible that this could have been implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding is spotty, pink or brown discharge that lasts a few days, does not increase in amount and goes away on its own. It occurs six to 12 days following conception.

If your next period is late by at least seven days, take a pregnancy test.
