Sperm can survive outside the body for only about 20 minutes to an hour, depending on how exposed the semen is to the air and other environmental factors.
Once semen has fully dried, it no longer contains any living sperm.
There was no risk for pregnancy because by the time you got to washing, you had rubbed your leg, picked up the telephone and used a cloth to wash.
