There was no risk. You were wearing underwear, which acted as a trap. Any ejaculated semen remained inside even though it made the cloth wet. The sperm in the semen stayed inside.
The vagina is inside of the body. Though your wet underwear touched her outer genitalia, there was no penetration. She was protected from becoming pregnant.
