i had sex on Wednesday octomber 2016 at 7pm.i inserted half of my penis into her vagina for arround 1 minute and suddenly removed it.could she be pregnant and if so what will she do to avoid getting pregnant?

I had sex with NY girlfriend BT I did not use a condom.I think I didn't insert all my penis in her vagina because it was my first time to do this.I just entered a half and took it out after around 45 seconds.all this happened on octomberWednesday 2016 at 7pm.could she be pregnant and if so what should her do to spoil the pregnancy

Without you ejaculating or releasing semen, which contains sperm, into her vagina, there was no risk for her to become pregnant.
