I had sex on the 4 yet before this I had already sore breast and had some cramping and I knew I was close to my period . However 2/3 days after I got some very light pink bleeding , so I freaked out because I tought it might be implantation bleeding and my Brest where even more sore , however the next day then I got heavier flow , bright red flow and a lot more cloths than usual. I am very concern and this has caused me a lot of stress so I am unsure if it is a possibility that I am pregnant or if my body is reacting to the stress please help !

You are not pregnant. Try to relax. Typically, your body releases anticoagulants to keep menstrual blood from clotting.
If you have excessive clotting or clots larger than a quarter, you need to consult your physician. However, when your period is heavy and blood is expelled quickly, there isn't enough time for anticoagulants to work and clots form.
If you continue to have excessive clotting or clots larger than a quarter, you should see your doctor.
