With a 26 to 28 day menstrual cycle, you probably ovulated around day 14. If it was unprotected sex, it is quite possible that you conceived.
Sounds like you are only spotting. Wait, if the spotting increases to a normal menstrual flow, then it is your period, and you are not pregnant. If this doesn't happen within the next seven days, take a home pregnancy test.
