Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Not having intercourse or using protection is the only way not to become pregnant.

Since you have not gotten your period and have had unprotected intercourse, you need to take a home pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, buy a name brand product. Read and follow the directions carefully, Most important, test in the morning. Use the urine when you wake up and use the bathroom.

Then, call your gynecologist.

Regards,
Maryann
