Me and my boyfriend did dry humping with fully clothes on and I'm on my period that day and I'm wearing a pad. He said that he didn't let a pre-cm or an orgasm and said that his 'you-know-part' just only hardened. He said that he'll only just let an orgasm if I'm going to give him a handjob.
