I am a hypochondriac and my period is due on the 26th of this month. I am anxious and cannot concentrate on anything now. I am too worried please let me know if I am pregnant or not. I am very scared and I don't know what to do. Stress will delay my period further and make me more worried

Hello Sa,
Then you need to get professional help to manage your health anxiety disorder often called hypochondria.
Psychotherapy and medications are often used. Practice relaxation techniques. Get physically active.

I can assure you that you were not at risk for becoming pregnant because you were wearing underwear; Sperm cannot pass through fabric.
Stressing over this will only further delay the start of your period. Do your best to relax.
