Basically I seem to stress over the littlest things in the world. Last month my girlfriend had a late period, basically it came about 5 days late, in the morning. She had spotting throughout the week she was due and I've heard it's just a sign of her period rather than implantation bleeding. We never had actual sex, rather manual sex. I had semen on my fingers and went and rinsed them with fairly cold water and dried them with a towel. About 10 minutes later I fingered her using my left hand instead so I can't remember if it had hardly any semen on at all, since most of it was on my right hand. I also kissed her after she swallowed my ejaculate and ate her out a few minutes after it. I'm just stressing for silly overthinking and just need some answers to calm me down, thanks. :)

You can try to relax. Your girlfriend was not at risk for becoming pregnant with this recent sexual activity.
You washed the semen off of your hands. You did not have unprotected vaginal intercourse.
