Hello,
I was on my 6th day of my cycle (just finishing my period). The condom split so I took the first tablet of postinor2 2 hours later (1am). We then had unprotected sex 6 hours later (7am). I took the 2nd postinor tablet 3 hours later(10am).
8 days later I had heavy bleeding lasting 4 days. Firstly, is this a sign that postinor worked?
Since then i have had no sign of my period.
In the last 2 weeks (aboit 22nd day of cycle) I have had the flu and been unwell. This has all made me quite anxious.
My period cycle is quite irregular.

We had protected intercourse, he is using condoms and he pulls out when he ejaculated, will i still get pregnant? Ps: i didnt take pills after that.

Hi,
If the condom was on the whole time without issue (no leakage or breakage) there is no reason to think you would get pregnant.

Hello, i had unprotected sex five days before my period. Then i took postinor2 the next day after unprotected intercourse. Then one day before my period due i had another protected intercourse. I took pregnancy test and its negative. I am 3 days late for my period. Will postinor delay my period or skip my period? Can i take pills that induce my period? Is there any possible chance of getting pregnant?

Hi,
Emergency contraceptives are up to 95% effective when taken as prescribed within the first 24 hours, so the risk is very small. However, ECP can cause irregularity in your cycle, yes. A period may be early or late or there may be a change in flow.

Hi,
If you took the ECP correctly, I don't see the need to take anything else. You may get a withdrawal bleed from the ECP. Not all women do. If you don't get your period at the expected time, test for pregnancy.
