So this month I had sex maybe three times all of them protected but one time my boyfriend had it in for a few seconds with no condom but pulling it out because I got nervous. My last period was three days early and now this month my period is almost 6 days late could I be pregnant or am I worrying about nothing?

From what you have shared, there did not appear to be a risk of becoming pregnant. Stress can cause a delay in the start of a period. If you do not start it in the next day or two, take a pregnancy test. One to be sure that you didn't become pregnant and two to see if this is all stress related.
