PMS or Pregnancy?

Hi! So me and my boyfriend were dry humping 3 weeks ago. He was wearing boxers and underwear and I'm wearing leggings and underwear with a pad because it is the last day of my period although i felt that my pad was sometimes not on the right position. And then he ejaculated on his boxers while he was grinding and the mark of the semen was visible on his boxers. I'm so worried if i am pregnant because right now i am bloated and sometimes i feel dizzy and i have an unexplained feeling on my stomach. And yesterday i noticed some bruises on my right leg. I'm also experiencing slight cramping on my lower abdomen. Is this pregnancy or just a sign of pms?

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question.

You can rule out pregnancy. You were not at risk because you were both wearing underwear and pants, and you were having your period.

I do not know why you have bruises on your right leg. Only you would know if you had an injury.

Do you usually have bloating and lower abdominal cramping prior to the start of your period?

Regards,
Maryann

I don't usually experience bloating during pms, just lower abdominal cramping and soreness of breast. And to the bruises on my right my leg, my aunt said that it is just a sign of menstruation. Also i am experiencing diarrhea last week until now and chest pain. I'm so worried if this is all pregnancy symptoms.

Hello Anonymous,

Diarrhea and chest pain are not typical signs of pregnancy. To repeat, you were not at risk of becoming pregnant.

If these symptoms persist or worsen, please speak with your primary care physician.

Maryann

Hi maryann! Last week i bought a pregnancy test so i would not be paranoid anymore and it says that it is negative but now i am 3-5 days late on my period and today i noticed a milky white discharge on my vagina. Should i worry on being pregnant?

Hello Anonymous,

If you tested properly, you can accept the results and not worry that you are pregnant.

So should i rule out pregnancy? I tested two times. I used my afternoon urine and my first urine in the morning. Both are negative. I've been thinking about being pregnant since the day that we were dry humping i'm so paranoid. Is stress the reason why my period is late? But since yesterday my boobs are sore and i experience light cramping sometimes. Is my period coming soon?

Hi Anonymous,

I cannot say if your period will start soon, but it looks like stress is the cause of the delay.

Relax,
Maryann

I just noticed a blood on my underwear a while ago. It is like brown and red. And the blood that comes out is watery. Btw my period is irregular. Is this a period or pregnancy sign? Because i read that watery period is a sign of pregnancy. I'm not sexually active and last april all i did with my boyfriend is dry humping.
