My girlfriend and I were engaging in foreplay, I went to the bathroom to go put cream on my penis. Is it possible that I might have got some pre cm on my hands and got her pregnant while fingerings her. I ejaculated and I fingered her about 10min after applying the lotion on my penis.

There was a good chance that your pre ejaculate fluid did contain sperm. As you had recently ejaculate, 10 minutes before, some sperm remained in your urethra, which is the tube through which semen and urine pass. If you urinated right after, any sperm would have been flushed out.
If you did not urinate, got pre ejaculate fluid on your fingers and then fingered her, there was a chance for sperm to have gotten in.
