Pregnancy Councern

So me and my girlfriend were together at my house. We were fooling around for a bit, some
oral sex and what not since we're both still virgins. But then i started rubbing by penis on her vagina, mostly the clit, but then I started going lower into the vaginal hole. Eventually the head of my penis was in, yet I know for a fact I didn't ejaculate. She's on her pill. Her pill works by, taking it for 2 weeks, then stopping another week. She missed two days, not in a row, during those weeks. And, her period ended the day before we did all this. So is it possible that she is pregnant? Should we WORRY about this?

Ok she told me the day after Christmas that she was feeling a bit nauseous and today she had a long car trip and was nauseous aswell. She has a sore troath and she's still feeling a bit sick, could it be of the food she ate or some kind of illness unrelated to pregnancy?

Hello Anonymous,

There is no chance that your girlfriend become pregnant during this sexual encounter that happened the day after her period ended.

For some reason she comes up with symptoms and is causing you unnecessary anxiety that she might be pregnant.

For conception to occur, a woman must be ovulating. During ovulation, which generally occurs midcycle or about 14 days before the start of the next period, a mature egg is released from one of the ovaries. This fertile period ranges from 5 days before and the day of ovulation. The male must ejaculate in the woman's vagina. A sperm fertilizes the egg and conception happens.

I hope this gives you the information you need to put this matter to rest.

And also, my girlfriend wants to know if she's still a virgin and if being a virgin is also a main reason not to be pregnant.

Hello Anonymous,

The long standing definition of a virgin is a person who has not engaged in oral, vaginal or anal intercourse. If you and your girlfriend accept this definition, then she is no longer a virgin because you penetrated her vagina.

Conception occurs when a mature egg is fertilized by one sperm.

I think you and your girlfriend would greatly benefit from reviewing this slide show, "Am I Pregnant?: Myths and Facts About Sex". Here is the link to the Sexual Health 101 Resource page, https://www.empowher.com/sexual-health-101

Hello Anonymous,

I don't think your girlfriend is at risk of becoming pregnant. The main reason is that this sexual encounter happened the day after.

Maryann
