My boyfriend and I had sex about a week ago, this is about 6/7 days after my last period has ended (the bleeding stopped and my cycles are usually 30/35 days). We used a condom the entire time and he didn't ejaculate. He took the condom off and we laid beside each other, kissing and hugging, we then started grinding and the tip of his penis might have (not too sure) touched around the area of my vagina, at least the clitoris region without the condom on and possibly exposed me to precm. Is there a significant risk of pregnancy? I want to add there was only penetration while the condom was on, while grinding there was no penetration.

Why didn't he put a condom on the second time? Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm, but this was still risky.
I cannot guarantee no risk but if any it might be low.
