Pregnancy without penetration. Can that happen?

My boyfriend and I were fooling around knowing that I am a virgin and want to wait until marriage to have actual sex. He rubbed my vagina two time using his hand, which was dry in both times. He then convinced me to put his penis near my anus and so he did. But he did not ejaculate nor pre-ejaculate as he says. I was in near to my ovulation day on that day.
Can a women get pregnant if this happened?

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. I am glad you reached out to our community with your question.

From all that you shared, there was no risk of becoming pregnant. Your vagina is inside of your body. Without sperm, in ejaculated semen, getting into your body, there was no risk.
