Regarding pregnancy

Me & my bf masturbated each other & im not sure whether he had his pre cm on his fingers but he did not ejaculate on that incident.we did not have intercourse at all only masturbating each other this took place on 13th Dec 2015 3 days just after my periods which means (9th of dec) i was depressed that till i get my next period so as i wished i got my periods 2 days early in jan 6th which it was expected to come on 9th of jan before that i had some spotting one abdominal cramps spineache after i got my periods it went off i had a normal period consisting of 3 days exactly as usual .now it jan 27th once again i have got spineaches cramps & one week before my left nipple was paining but now it has gone stomach seems to be like full now so i wander whether these cause pregnancy even after i didnt miss my period bcos some use to tell that they have periods even if youre pregnant so now im now really depressed about this & what i want to know is am i pregnant? ? Or else im going to get my periods next week please help me

From what you have shared, you could not be pregnant. You had a normal period in early January.
You say that you have not engaged in sexual intercourse.

Back pain, nipple pain and stomach fullness are signs that your period will start soon. Just try to relax. Stressing out will cause a delay in the start of your period.
