Hello Anonymous,
Welcome to EmpowHER. Are you asking about yourself?
When you refer to a weak body, is this the result of an illness?
Some infections can interfere with sperm production or sperm health or can cause scarring that blocks the passage of sperm. These include inflammation of the epididymis, which stores sperm, or testicles. Some sexually transmitted infections, including gonorrhea or HIV can cause a low sperm count.
If the male has a low sperm count, there is a low chance that he can cause a pregnancy.
Generally, a male is aware that he has ejaculated. If there was no ejaculation, then no sperm was released and no risk for pregnancy.
