I had unprotected sex with my gf on 18 Feb. Her periods were on 22feb. She had bleeding during the sex. But she is still worrying because the periods didn't come on 22nd and now its 2 march. The main point is that ejaculation was outside. I am sure nothing went inside. She had pregnancy test on 1 and the result were -ve. Today she had home test and again it was -ve. Please help me. I am in deep deep tension what to do.

Hello FouzanParka512,

It would be wise for your girlfriend to call and schedule an appointment with a gynecologist. If this bleeding was not her period, then the cause must be determined. Only a doctor can do that.

Hello FouzanParkar512,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for reaching out to us for help.

I am confused. You mention that your girlfriend was bleeding when you had intercoursse on February 18. But, then you say her period did not start on February 22. What was the bleeding if not her period?

If there was no ejacultion inside of her and she was bleeding at the time, there was no risk for pregnancy.

Regards,
Maryann
