Yes. It’s very common to have pain with sex after a pelvis fracture for many reasons. It can be due to the fracture itself or it can be due to injuries associated with that fracture.

Dr. Brian Mullis, M.D., is the Chief of Orthopaedic Trauma Service and Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedics in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine.
