Dear Loca, the answer is a big YES. More and more medical research is showing the benefits of drinking green tea daily. I have a post on this topic on this link.

I love drinking green tea, and I usually drink caffeine-free varieties. I've been drinking it for years. I've read a lot about the benefits, and I do feel that it makes me feel better when I drink it regularly.

There are benefits to drinking all kinds of tea! Green tea seems to get all the press but you may also want to look into Pu-erh tea, which has been shown to lower cholesterol. Also, there was an article on this website about chamomile tea being good for diabetes: Chamomile Tea May Ward off Diabetes Damage.

Other herbal teas such as rooibos or mint tea also have health benefits!

So yes, green tea is good for you, but so are a lot of other kinds of tea too! Black, white, and oolong teas also have health benefits.
