Today I had intercourse and for the very first time I bleed after. Had my period last week. It has never happened before. I'm 39 yrs old. Not pregnant. So what could be cause of it. Married to the same man for over 18yrs. So is this normal or keep an eye to see if it happens again??

I do not think you should wait. Contact your gynecologist and schedule an appointment. To quote Ms. Lloyd, " Getting an accurate diagnosis is critical. Even if the bleeding is due to something minor, it’s most likely treatable and better for your peace of mind."
