bleeding and pelvic pain after sex

After intercourse I had some bad pelvic pain that I think went away after an hour (went to bed) I woke up the next morning bleeding. I can't really tell if it's menstrual I had my period on the 4th of this month ended the 10th and started today the 24th. Could it be just my period coincidence or should I be concerned
