Hi manonmani,

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Milk is recommended for pregnant women because of its calcium content. If you don't like to drink milk by the glass you can always get creative and take it with cereal, make hot chocolate, milk chocolate, or if you want to go the healthier route then mix in some berries and make a nice milkshake. Other options can include almond milk or soy milk fortified with Calcium.

Milk is not the only dairy product that you can consume, however, you can also eat cheese, yogurt, and other dairy products. And if all else fails, there's always a calcium supplement that you can take.

Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy,

Rosa
