I missed a pill on day 18 of my cilest pack and a never skipped my period as advised of you miss a pill in week 3 of your pack. I then had my period as usual with the usual cramps the following week and now I am worried I should of skipped it? I had unprotected sex about 3 days before missing the pill. Could I be pregnant?

Why are you worried that you should have skipped your period?
Did you take your birth control pill on the day that you had sex? If you took your birth control pill on the day that you had sex, then it was not unprotected sex. Birth control pills protect you against pregnancy.
You had a period, therefore, you are not pregnant.
