Could i have gotten pregnant before my 3 day period?

i had sex on the 15 of feb and had a short 3 day period very light but my doctor is telling me i am 24 weeks or so could i still have gotten pregnant before my supposed period? With my first child iIhad a short 3 day period as well. On oct. 10 of 07 and my son was born on july 8 of 08. He was 9 pounds 2 ounces he was due on the 17 of july. Could it be possible i was pregnant before my supposed periods?

It is possible you were already pregnant.

That may have been implantation bleeding, which can appear similar to a light period and happens a week or two after implantation takes place. Mayo Clinic has an information sheet that explains it: http://www.mayoclinic.com/print/symptoms-of-pregnancy/PR00102/METHOD=print.
