Hello Anonymous,
Glands located in the vagina and cervix secrete fluid which carries away dead cells and bacteria. This vaginal discharge keeps the vagina clean and prevents infection.
The amount, odor and color of your vaginal discharge can vary depending on where you are in your menstrual cycle. Color can range from clear to milky white. The amount can increase when you are ovulating, breastfeeding, or are sexually aroused. The odor can be different if you are pregnant or have not been conscientious about your personal hygiene.
Anonymous, are you having any other symptoms? Does the discharge resemble cottage cheese? Is there a strong or fishy odor? Are you having any vaginal itching?
With more information, we can determine if this is normal or something to be concerned about.
Regards,
