Is it true that drinking apple cider vinegar twice a day can help with weight loss? What are the risks? Has anyone else tried it before?

Hi Anon

I love your question because there are so many opinions on it! It has been listed as one of the top 11 "most ridiculous diets" (your can find the article here: http://www.empowher.com/news/herarticle/2009/01/16/brie-cadman-eleven-most-ridiculous-diets

but has also been written about in a more positive light. You can find that here: http://www.empowher.com/news/2009/06/23/vinegar-might-help-keep-pounds

and finally one more, regarding it's possible healing properties: http://www.empowher.com/community/ask/apple-cider-vinegar-healing-properties

I no longer use any salad dressings for my salads. Instead I switched to a balsamic vinegar that tastes delicious and it much better for my waistline. You may like to try the apple cider vinegar that way too. Some people really dislike the taste of anything with vinegar in it but I love it.

Tell us what you think of the articles I linked you to. Does it answer your question or confuse you more?!
