My boyfriend and I engaged in manual sex. If before fingering me he had semen on his hands, I wanted to know if him washing his hands with soap and water is enough to get rid of the sperm so it can't get my pregnant. You may have already started your period by the time you receive this reply. If not, please do not worry. By washing your hands and genital area soon after, there is no risk of sperm entering your vagina.

Please try to relax. By washing his hands with soap and water, your boyfriend removed any semen that was on his hands. Washing removed any sperm. There is no chance that you could have become pregnant from what you have shared in your question.

Try to relax. High stress levels can cause a delay in the start of your period.
I don't think you are pregnant. Sperm can live outside the body for only about 20 minutes to one hour. Taking a shower with soap and water would have remove any semen from your boyfriend's body.
