Hi Faith... i am 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I am bleeding like i'm having my period. Yesterday was the 3rd day i was bleeding. My doctor gave me Duphaston tab to take twice daily for 1 week and she also gave Injection Choriemon 5000 IM last Thursday Oct. 1 when i started bleeding. She did not tell me the cause why am I bleeding and she mentioned that this is not a good pregnancy start. She didn't find a heartbeat yet and my next appointment will be after 1 week only (coming Thursday). Please let me know what i should do....

You need to ask your doctor if there are any instructions to follow. She will be able to tell you why she gave you the treatment she did. I am not able to see all the information she knows about your specific case.
Bleeding during the first few weeks of pregnancy is common and mostly not harmful. However, since there is no heartbeat, it could indicate: miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, or placenta previa. Your doctor probably does not want to scare you. The last thing you need right now is extra stress; especially if there is no action you can take yourself. You are probably not doing anything wrong.
I imagine your doctor is doing everything she can to ensure a healthy pregnancy!
