Hi Anon,

Thank you for you post and for finding EmpowHer.
You mentioned being on some medications--can you tell me which ones? The relationship with your daughter is what seems to have you down-- or perhaps acombination of things and circumstances in your life?
Your symptoms are those of someone who is clinically Depressed. Don't get me wrong I am not by any means diagnosing you, but some of the signs and symptoms of depression include:

Persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, or emptiness
Hopelessness
Feeling guilty, worthless, or helpless
Loss of interest in hobbies and activities
Loss of interest in sex
Feeling tired
Trouble concentrating, remembering, or making decisions
Trouble sleeping, waking up too early, or oversleeping
Eating more or less than usual
Weight gain or weight loss
Thoughts of death or suicide with or without suicide attempts
Restlessness or irritability
Physical symptoms that defy standard diagnosis and do not respond well to medical treatments

Do you think you may be suffering from Depression?
