i had unprotected sex with my bf and he withdrew before ejaculating, i took plan b wihin 4 hours, what are my chances of getting pregnant?

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question. There is always a chance to become pregnant every time you have sex. Since you took Plan B within 4 hours, you should be fine. Nothing is ever 100% guaranteed though.

To be certain, you of course can only wait to see if you miss your period and if you do, take a home pregnancy test. I wouldn't be too concerned. Could you keep us updated?

sure. ideally it is due around 18th of this month, and considering the ECP i should go through the test by the 24th. If i do get my period, should i still go through with the test within a few days after, just to be doubly sure?

No, Anon, if you do get your period, no need to do another pregnancy test. It's not possible to have your normal period and be pregnant, so your period is a sure sign that you aren't.
