I have a sore on my back its very tender an red an has a hole in it first it started out like a pipple then it got more tender an its hole inthe middle of it is gettinh bigger

You may have a cyst or some sort of boil or other skin condition. Don't attempt to heal this by yourself. You need to seek medical help to know what it is and what treatment is required.
