i use postinor2 and am aving pain nd swelling stomach

The most commonly reported side effects when taking Postinor-2 include nausea, breast tenderness headache, lower abdominal pain and tiredness. These adverse effects should subside within few days. However, you should use your own judgement whether or not you should seek medical attention. It's always better to play it safe.

In addition, you may have irregular bleeding or spotting until the next menstrual bleeding and also the next menstrual bleeding may be unusual.
