I had two myomectomies.my life change after 40
increase appetite, anemia, fatigue, weight gain! very low or no sex drive, acne, poor eating habits, no energy mentally. stuck

I'm sorry you are in so much distress - menopause and reproductive problems can wreck havoc on women in their 40s and 50s.

Your bleeding could certainly be fibroids - they aren't uncommon in women in their 40s. The mass found could also be the cause. When is this mass being removed?
