For the past two months I have been having problems with pain in my right lower back. Nauseated to the point that it interfers with me eating. I get dizzy at times and have passed out twice. I feel like I have an elephant sitting on my chest. My heart at times feels like it's in a vise grip and then when it loosens up my heart feels like it shudders. My O2 sat runs in the low 90's and my pulse runs at best in the low 100's. I do have arrhyhtmia with notable heart pauses.

You said to keep you updated. I apparently passed out again today and was found by a close friend of mine. I had been trying to keep my symptoms from friends and family chosing to try and deal with it by myself. This didn't set well with him. After reaming my butt out he proceded to drag me to the doctor. First set of blood work contains CBC with instant differnital, CMP, MAG, D-DIMER, and H PYLORI. Add to that and EKG and Chest X ray. So now waiting to see what those results say before the next round of tests. Vitals at the doctor's office BP 156/91 P 116 R 24 T 98.9 O2 sat 92%. I had also lost 10 lbs this month.

Thank you for keeping me updated. I am so glad your friend found you when this happened yesterday. Please continue to keep me updated until your doctor had found a cause and treatment for you.
Wishing you the best,

Thank you so much for answering. My problem is I don't have insurance and the doctors around where I live want X amount of dollars up front before they will see you. I'm a single mom of two teenage boys. I don't have that kind of cash floating around. lol The hospital here in my town is a joke. You usually come out worse than when you went in. I am on medication for my arrhythmia however it just doesn't seem to be working like it used to. I've been on it for two years when I was first diagnosised.

Hi Anon,
I'm so sorry to hear that about your hospital since I was going to suggest the ER because you have no insurance and really do need to get seen by a doctor. What about the second nearest hospital to you? The longer you wait, the worse this will get. If you can't afford a doctor's visit then please find a hospital that you trust. I completely understand that you do not have the money to pay out of pocket right now but as a mom myself, you need to go to the hospital for your health and the children who love you.
Best Wishes,
Rosa

Hi Anon,
Thank you for your post and welcome to EmpowHer! Given that you have an arrhythmia, I would advise that you see a doctor asap. Your symptoms of dizziness, heart shuddering, decreased O2, and elephant sitting on your chest are very concerning. Please see a doctor as soon as possible and keep us updated.
