Ive been having lower back pain thats kinda sharp and burning, crampy abdominal pain.. my knees are swollen and I hurt all the time?

I have a constant burning, throbbing back pain..my knees are swollen my stomach is bloated and crampy. Im 36 years old, tubes are tied which causes heavy menstrual cycles that begin with brown blood.. I'm tired of hurting. I was given a pelvic exam on 2/25 she said my uterus felt enlarged. Ultrasound on 3/7. I was assured that if it was anything "extremely serious" the dr would see me before I left. Please give me some insight
