Should I moderate my workouts starting now or until my missed period. We started trying on the 30th of march. I just really want to be careful and not hurt my changes of getting pregnant.

Welcome to EmpowHER. A healthy exercise program includes 30 minutes or more of moderate exercise, such as walking or cycling and weight training, on most days of the week. But it's still important to check with your OBGYN first, before starting any exercise program.
