I am a 30yr old married nulliparous African woman who started experiencing lower left sided abdominal pain seven months ago. Pain occurs for a few days around the time I ovulate. I guess this could be ovulation pain, but shouldn't it have been occurring since menarche? Please help.

Many women experience ovulation-related pain, called "mittelschmerz", a German word that means "middle pain".
