I feel like I am numb, I dont have a sex drive, its kind of crept up over the past year, and now my partner and I are arguing alot about it, he thinks I just put off sex and dont fancy him anymore. I guess I do avoid it as its not that pleasurable for me- but when I try I feel nothing, I am too aware and cant wait for it to be over!! this is awful, and we were thinking of trying for a child. What can I do to get the feeling back...?

Some history: 39 years old, never had children before, not over weight, social smoker, My periods have been slightly irregular, I have a very slight polysistic overy on the right. I am a cook... I dont know - is there anythink I can take to help me/us out?

Many thanks
x

Hi Meka,
I'm sorry for your troubles. I can imagine it must be awfully unsettling. I wrote an article about low libido recently. Hope it helps:

You may want to check out other articles on the Sexual Well-Being page as well. Good luck and let us know how you're doing.
