This questions is for the women who miss their cycles due to hectic schedules and little sleep. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi jenn320,
So that we may better be able to answer your question (and so other women may respond), your previous post (Pregnant or Stress-Induced Missed Period?) discussed that you are experiencing many different symptoms, and have a confirmed negative pregnancy test.

Your stated symptoms include: "having to urinate often, heartburn, nausea..but then these things could also be do to lack of sleep which is due to work and having to make ends meet on my own", and we thought it would be helpful for other women to respond who are having these symptoms, too.

- How often are you experiencing these symptoms (frequent urination, nausea and heartburn), and do you see a pattern in their occurrence (during a certain part of your cycle, after you eat certain foods, during a particularly stressful/sad day, etc).
- How long do these symptoms last when they do occur (duration), and do they always occur together?
- Any other helpful information that you can provide (age, current medical conditions, history of psychological or physical conditions)?

Other women are also trying to "make it on their own", and could offer some helpful words of advice if you are seeking this as well.
