Hi Anon,

Thank you for visiting the EmpowHER community and for sharing your question!

I am sorry that you are feeling this pain in your right foot and heel.

Is there any swelling or just pain? Does it go away or stay constant? Did you do anything to injure your foot? What kind of shoes do you wear?

You could have plantar fasciitis.

Inflammation of the plantar fascia is called plantar fasciitis. The plantar fascia is thick tissue on the bottom of the foot connecting the toes to the heel bone, and forming the arch.

When the plantar fascia is overused or stretched too far, walking can become difficult and pain can be the result. Plantar fasciitis is a common source of heel pain.

Here is more information about Plantar fasciitis

Here is a great article from the EmpowHER community about foot pain as well.

Anon, I would schedule a doctor's appointment and have your doctor examine your foot so you can feel better.

Did this help?
