What do you think about that this is a kind of tool by that she is trying to assure I stick to her while keeping me on ice for a later time... that she hopes to reach after finishing her current state of life?

Communication is key in relationships. Her reason could be religious, based on fear, not wanting a serious relationship, avoiding STD/STIs, or waiting until marriage, among a whole host of possible reasons. She should be your best source for getting to the bottom of it, and making sure you are both of similar mind when it comes to sexual activity.
