red bumps on underarm

i have this for years,and ive been exfoliating but still the redness is still there,can i use cetaphil on my underarm?

The better option for you is to get a diagnosis (and hopefully a cause) for what these red bumps are.

You may have an allergy to your deoderant or any number of beauty products you use, including a moisturiser (or to your method of hair removal).

You may also have a skin condition like keratosis (known as KP) or psoriasis or excema.

You should see a dermatologist about this before you decide your own treatment. Cetaphil is a lotion that cleanses and moisturises the skin so is not likely to aggrivate your skin but a diagnosis is key so you can get rid of these bumps for good.
