I have been on amberen for 20 days. My hot flashes have pretty much ceased, but there is no weight loss. Should I doulble my dosage. I lost a couple of pounds at first but then it just went back on.

I cannot advise you. I checked the Amberen website to find out what is in the product. The only information is no information: " Unique patent-pending ingredients produced ONLY by Lunada Biomedical." Also found that the direction for usage states "With Amberen you take just 2 capsules a day for 90 days (you my have to take 4 capsules a day if your symptoms are heavy)."
The best way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume, exercise, reduce portion size and make healthy food choices.
