I have been taking Chantix since mid October and have stopped smoking last two months. I am wondering if anyone can tell me if I can trust myself now.

Anon - If you're asking if you can trust yourself to remain tobacco free for the rest of your life, the answer is...maybe. Because cigarettes are designed to addict the user to nicotine it will be difficult to not be tempted to go back to them. There may be many triggers all around you, such as people you used to smoke with, everyday things you used to do while smoking, and more. It helps to adopt a new lifestyle along with dropping the smoking. The following link will help you with some tips and I would encourage you to find some more. Good luck to you and congratulations for making this decision to improve your health!
