Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. It is normal to have two arteries with single births and more often than not, with twins, you will only have one artery that is shared. If you have a single artery with your pregnancy, your physician will usually pay close attention to your baby as there can be concerns about the health of your baby. Are you concerned? Do you have a specific issue with your pregnancy?
