Twinges in lower abdomen.

Hello, I haven't had penetrative sex, but rather fooled around with my boyfriend by rubbing our genitals together (sorry for the graphics). There was no ejaculation, but possible precum. I just ovulated today (I saw a lot of EWCM) but feel occasional twinges in my lower abdomen on both sides. I used Plan B two months, if that means anything. What could those twinges mean? Everything I've searched swears that I'm pregnant, but is that really possible without penetrative sex and without ejaculation?

Thanks, but now I'm having a lot of that clear, stretchy, cervical mucus.. what does that mean?

My period is due about less than 2 weeks to 2 weeks away.

Hi Dream High,

Thank you for your question. From your explanation, I would go out on a limb and say that it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. The twinges in your stomach could certainly just be your stress over the possibility. Stress can cause many different issues within the body.

If you continue to have sex, it is important for you to always use condoms and perhaps get on some sort of birth control method that will help deter the possibility of pregnancy. Plan B can certainly be an expensive alternative and causes irregular periods afterwards.

Can you keep us posted? When you receive your menstrual cycle...I don't think you should be too concerned at this point. If you miss a period, try a pregnancy test.

Good luck, Missie
