Hi, There are two things I really need to know. I had ovarian cysts which they all ruptured and my gynecologist repeated doing the ultrasound and told me they all gone and everything is normal. Ever since I had ruptured ovarian cysts I had many different kinds of symptoms and started having lots of pain beside my stomach on the left side. I realized I have symptoms of bowel obstruction and I'm really scared of this. I'm seeing my gastroenterologist this Wednesday to see what to do from all this. My symptoms right now are loss of appetite, I don't give out any gas, nausea, my sense in my stomach feels like I have no sensation, I feel like I'm bloated. Usually when I'm hungry I hear growling noises but I don't. I have such pain beside the left side of my stomach. I know the left side of the stomach the intestines are located. It feels very warm by touch every once in awhile and sometimes I get breatheless. I want to know these symptoms I mentioned do you think it's bowel obstruction or it's something else? I'm to scared of this pain and I'm afraid my GI doctor tells me something bad.
Thank You,
Melissa

Thanks so much. From what you said I feel like it's not something serious. I just hope I get better real soon I'm in so much pain and I'm really scared. Thanks again.

Hi Melissa,
I am glad that you are following up with your doctor as you need to get checked in order to get your answers about your possible bowel issues. I cannot diagnose you but your symptoms should be checked out by a specialist.
As for your lymph nodes, they are all over your body. If you have pelvic lymph node issues, they may just be inflamed although there could be other underlying issues associated with it. I am sure your doctor will check up on those issues as well.

Good luck,
